Unripe Pistachio (Kaal Pistachio)

Harvest time: Picked in mid-summer (usually July), before full ripening.
Appearance: Has a green shell and a soft kernel; smaller than a ripe pistachio.
Flavor: Tangy and distinctive — some people love its unique sour taste.
Uses:
 • Commonly eaten fresh or dried.
 • Sometimes used in pickles and traditional local dishes.
Benefits: Since it’s unripe, it contains more vitamin C than mature pistachios and helps strengthen the immune system.

Badami Pistachio

Shape: Long and narrow, resembling an almond — hence the name “Badami” (almond-shaped).
Taste: Pleasant and sweet-flavored kernel.
Uses:
 • Suitable for both snacking and use in the food industry.
 • Its elongated, elegant shape gives it good export potential.
Cultivation area: Mostly grown in Damghan and the northeastern provinces of Iran.

Premium Pistachio (Momtaz Pistachio)

Definition: The term “Momtaz” (Premium) refers to the quality and grading of pistachios, not a specific type.
Characteristics:
 • Uniform and larger-than-average nuts.
 • Brighter shell color with full, healthy kernels.
 • High percentage of open (“smiling”) nuts.
Use: Mostly exported or sold in luxury markets.
Note: Any pistachio variety (Ahmad Aghaei, Akbari, etc.) with superior size and quality can be classified as “Premium.”

Our pistachios comply with international quality standards for export, including size, color, moisture content, and shell integrity. Each batch is carefully inspected to ensure premium quality for wholesale buyers

Pistachios are dried and stored at optimal moisture levels (typically below 6%) to prevent mold and preserve freshness. This ensures safe shipping and long shelf life for bulk orders

Yes, we offer tailored packaging options for bulk orders, including vacuum-sealed bags, cartons, or containers, according to client requirements and international shipping regulations

Fresh or Kaal pistachios are nuts picked early in the season before full ripening. In this unripe stage their shells split naturally, revealing vibrant green kernels. This early harvest gives them a fresh, mild nutty flavor and firmer texture. They are often used in gourmet cooking and premium products to showcase their unique color and taste.
